The app gives some good amount of details like price, bigger preview, news, but is missing the bracelet creation which would help to design it in advance. The browse is limited to the newest items. The search is not very useful either (by material doesnt seem to show everything), I end up most of the time searching by price to find what I was searching for, even if I didnt know the price and then got to browse all the results. Really not easy for this part hence the 3 stars.

The only good thing about this app is how clearly you can see the charms (once you actually find what youre looking for). They should have a proper search so that you can look it up like the paper catalogue. How am I supposed to know what metal my charm is made from?! They should also group the new charms together so you can peruse them all at once, not search through the whole thing. And fix the darn wishlist and my jewelry... its annoying that they keep erasing. Its hard enough to find everything with the horrible way the search is set up!

Before I was asked to update the catalog I enjoyed browsing this app. The pictures are very clear. Unfortunately the wish list and my jewelry sections are useless as changes are not saved when closing the app. After the update I only see the front page. I can no longer browse the jewelry, there are no pictures no working search functions. This app has the possibility of greatness but there are many bugs that need to be fixed - at the moment it falls far short. The app was better for browsing the selection than the webpage because the webpage is so slow to load on my iPad and often only loads the first few pictures while the rest keep trying to load but never do. Please fix your app, it could be great!

Very difficult to navigate and search. Right now nothing will load. I will likely have to uninstall and reinstall.

I love this app. The pics are really high quality and the categories are easy to navigate. Im not sure what people are complaining about. Perhaps there was a recent fix? Anyway, I think its great and my wish list just keeps growing.

Love this app and use it all the time, wish I could divide my jewelry and wish list into categories separating charms, necklaces and rings though.

It is nice to have this app. Being the husband its nice to show the store what I am looking for. Hopefully there will be improvements. It is hard to find the exact piece I want unless it is in the wish list.

I am so frustrated that I cannot search the charms like the books and every time I leave the app, my wish list and jewellery always disappear. What is the point of offering these options and signing in if it wont save. Please fix

Everything seems to be working just fine but the only thing I dont like about this app is that you cant sort and filter the charms like how the site does.

I hate having to constantly re-add charms to both My Wishlist & My Jewellery. Its extremely frustrating!

While I can pick a few choices to narrow my search if Im "browsing" it can be okay. If you know specifically what you wish to look at, by name, forget it. If you want to browse the entire catalog as an enhanced pdf experience, forget that too. So much function ability (including sales) could be worked into an app like this, but developers chose the most basic, in-user friendly experience way. This app needs a rewrite with a different developer perhaps. One with greater vision.

Every time I save something to "my wish list" or "my jewelry" they are deleted and I can not view them. Please fix this issue!

I love the app. I find it easy and fun to browse through new charms and other jewelry. My only problem is the wish list. I have a pandora account and stay logged into it, but every time I open the app my entire list list disappears. This only started happening after the last update. I used to be able to go to a pandora store and show them what I wanted to purchase from the wish list, but now I cant. I miss the wish list being functional. I loved it and used that tool the most.

Easy to use and find what I want but it keeps losing my wish list and what I already have

This is a really basic app, set up for those who already know and are familiar with the collections of charms and jewelry. Im a direct person who prefers key work searches or at least category options that are similar to the printed catalogue. Now with the Disney partnership I had hoped to see an update to feature the release of charms today but you still have to muddle through 1000+ items to find the new releases in the app

The last update you had fixed the app so it showed the new charms etc on top marked new, now I have to search through everything again :( please fix!

Keeps losing all my data! Wish list and everything. I love being able to see all the new jewellery but it needs to have some bugs fixed. Now it not even let me sign in as a member!!

Every time I try to login/add to wish list, it goes to a blank page then freezes

It keeps losing wish lists, and purchased items. The most basic of searches can be made, however specific searches cannot be done. Im so disappointed with this app; it doesnt match the quality of the jewelry. Pandora needs to redevelop this app so badly.
