Like everyone else, I was excited to download the Pandora app. But I am very disappointed. It was OK for looking at choices and adding them to your club wish list or collection. But it did little else. So much opportunity to be great, to engage us and keep us interested. But the info seems dated and boring. And I was hoping I could look at charms that are not for sale any longer, to add them to the online list of jewelry I have, so my husband can not buy something almost the same again. Seems a waste.

Ive had this app for a while, and I always have to logout and log back in to see my wishlist. Its also on my boyfriends phone so that he can see my wishlist for special occasions and it has the same issue! Very inconvenient. The catalog updates always change too and theyre not necessarily all new charms, and its never the same each time I go on the app even if its on the same exact day. Please work to fix this!!

Need a much needed update!! Want to be able to purchase charms in here as if I ordered them online.

This app for some reason is not at date, my cover page still says autumn 2015, does not show the new jewelry as new and I have to constantly sing off and sign on to see my wish list and my jewelry. At the beginning this app was great, but for some reason in the latests updates got really mess up and it does not work great. Is a shame, because if you want to keep track of the new jewelry you can not do it. You guys need to keep the app updated in order to have happy customers. Customers usually visit first the app to see whats new in the stores. Please, please update the app!!!

I love the Pandora brand and their jewelry, but after downloading and trying to use the app, Im left a bit frustrated. The search option needs improvement (users should be able to type out what they want to search for, and be better able to refine their search such to things such as "necklace" or "clasp" or "nautical"), and upon first sign-up, the "login" and "join" button didnt work. So yeah, I love the brand, but the app needs updating.

This is a really good app only down fall is that if you log out your wish list and already own list delete completely not sure why thats my only issue

Its a great app, doesnt crash or anything like that. It is a great way to see all of pandoras new items. When you join the "club" you can add items to your wish list and you can list things you already have. The only problem Ive encountered is the wish list and your jewelry list doesnt save! If that was fixed and there was an option to view the newest items then it would be a 5 star.

Please update this app. Its been almost two years.

When I got this app about 3yrs ago it was great 2 keep track of ur charms & ur wish list. Then 1 day both list just disappeared & never came bk. Now its of no use 2 me. It was great when u have a lot of charms but.....plzzzzz fix it & up date it. Its been a while. Still waiting & waiting.

This app hasnt been updated since 2014... There are several charms on it that are no longer available. This can be very misleading to new pandora fans. I do like the layout of listing items, but I would love a true type-it-in search engine. Pretty pathetic for such a prestigious brand.

I got the app around December and found it to be helpful. Of late, however, its really gotten pretty bad. It doesnt save my wish list or owned list, and the home screen reverts to Autumn 2015 or Valentines Day. Searching is also a pain. You should be able to view new items and categories of charms.

Why cant I view charms by category just as it is through the mobile site? For charms, I have to browse through an array of uncategorized charms. The app also needs some updates designs.

Basic and disappointing. Zero ability to search for a particular charm. Seriously? Free app or not something as simple as a search function should not be missing Pandora.

I like the app but I have to sign in every time I want to see my wish list and jewelry. Should not have to do this every time. I like seeing my jewelry in the store because sometimes they dont look the same online. But if the store is sold out I would like to order on my phone.

I was so excited to start building up my wish list and have it right on my phone but it does not work. Just downloaded it and does not let me go beyond the first screen. It is prompting me to select country but there is no list, the screen is blank. Tried deleting it and re-downloading it with no success.

When I heard that Pandora had an app, I was excited to hear that they had it. But I download it and when I want to search up the charms that I have, there are a lot that I have, but there is one charm in specific that I can not find no matter how much I describe the item. Also the search is exactly that, describing what the metal is the stone and all of that other jazz. Its not easy!!! I like how now it has the option to buy the items and I also like how it will give the description of the metal, stone, color etc. when you click on the little i on the top right of the image of whatever piece of jewelry your looking at. Overall this app can be improved!!! Make the search easier!!!

Every time i want to add to my wish list something goes wrong and all the charms on my jewelry list are gone. Not the first time that happens. Sooo disappointed... What a waste!
