Pandora App Reviews

Used this app to track all our Pandora Charm purchases and wishlist items. But difficult to use and now you must authorize Pandora to use your profile or else you cant use the app. I immediately deleted the app. Be careful. 2 years later still terrible. Their charms (838 of them) are not listed by number or alphabetical. Hard to find anything to put in "my jewelry list".

I cant even get into the app because it wants me to select a country but there are none to choose from and you cant click on anything to skip either.

This app is absolutely useless! I will use the website instead.

The app isnt loading the Pandora Club tab and so i cannot sign in to my account.

The pandora club part of the app doesnt load, it stays blank. I cant add anything to it neither see my wish list.

There should be a search bar to type what your looking for. Theres no reason to look through hundreds of items to find what they need. You should be able to search by category like clips, charms, Disney,nfl, ect. Extremely Disappointed

Dont download this app unless you feel like swiping through every single piece they offer. I dont understand why there isnt a useful search feature (because their "search" doesnt count) to find specific beads even though almost every person here has complained about it.

I cant seem to find the region on this app to play music, Ive searched for days now. I heard great things about this Pandora app from friends, but It seems pretty boring to me. I cant even find the section of this app to select artists and music genres that I enjoy listening to. I wish I could rate this Panora app a 0 star rating. I would not recommend this app to a friend

The app does not remember your wish list or the jewelry you own, you can not search by keyword, you can not purchase through the app. What is the point, exactly?

This app doesnt save either my Wish List or My Jewelry. The search function is terrible too.

It would be so much better if you could search for a charm by name instead of having to pick all these categories and then scrolling through all the search results. Not a user friendly app.

Only a small fraction of their total jewelry is visible on the app. The search function is abysmal. Cant look for anything based on theme (i.e. Disney, travel, winter, etc.). Wish list on the app is different than wish list on the website. How is that supposed to help my husband with gift giving?

Very disappointed with this app. I have so many charms I thought this is going to be great!! There is no easy way to search for the times that you do have. So I took the time and looked up all the charms I had and added them. Then I created the wish list. It does not save it and I can never view my items!! I went through the trouble of doing this twice thinking that I did something wrong. Its bad enough we cannot buy on the app or share our wish list but as owners you can not even keep track or view your OWN lists!! I see similar reviews going back 2014. I guess this is not a priority for Pandora. Believe me I never write reviews... Totally worthless!!

Was excited. Searching for a particular charm, result, 1330 items in the result and cant narrow it unless you want a particular color or metal type. No, I would like to search by category or key word. But no search function. This app useless.

This app is totally useless due to the fact you cannot search for individual charms and add them to your personal list. You have to go through the entire catalogue. I am removing the app.

Just got a Pandora bracelet for Christmas from my sons. I downloaded the app to search for charms to put on my wish list. It wont let me save it to the wish list. Logged out by mistake and cant log back in! PLEASE fix this!

The idea is great and I love being able to see my wish list on my phone, but it desperately needs search functionality. The charms are impossible to find, unless you scroll through all of them... Need to be able to search by keyword

You cannot purchase anything through the app. Also when it says it updates I dont think it really does because its nearly January and the home page is still stuck on Fall new arrivals? I would expect it to be easier to use than going into the web page but its not. Tried to delete wish list items after I received them but they would not all delete.

I was eager to see the Pandora app, but its just so disappointing. It doesnt even let me go anywhere besides the home screen.

Im glad I got this app despite all the negative reviews. Its a free app so I figured there wasnt anything to lose. Im going to put this on my husbands phone so he can see what I already own and what is on my wish list with Pandora Club
