Can u please fix it ! It is really problematic! Great app but please fix it!

For the fourth time Ive lost everything that Ive put into "My Jewelry" so that I can keep track of my wifes charms. WTH is wrong here? Search option sucks...youd think with the amount of money this company makes theyd change it up a bit.

Im so disappointed, I thought that with the new update, they were going to fix the problem that doesnt allow me to see my wish list or the one with the charms I already own. And also every time I open the app theres products update but actually doesnt show anything new. I used love this app but now its just annoying saving a charm to my wish list because next time Ill open it, wont be there.

This app is extremely disappointing. What is the purpose of a wish list or my jewelry list if its not saved? Please fix this. The search engine is awful too. We need to be able to search by keyword (eg cat, flower, heart, etc.). The current search yields hundreds of results and makes it very hard to sift through. There have been numerous requests for both these changes, so please consider the end users. Im almost ready to delete this app.

I cant even get past " select a country " because nothing shows up , so how am I suppose to use your app when it doesnt even work , waste of space

Whats the point of a wish list if nothing gets saved on it. Every time I add something new and come back another time its deleted. I had so many things out on my wish list to purchase but now its all lost. I wish this app worked better!

I love pandora but I cant search anything I want in the app and nothing on my "wish list" or "my jewelry" ever saves so whats the point ???

Very disappointing that the app does not save the stuff I have put on my wish list and jewelry.

Every time I open the app my wish list and my jewellery is gone and everytime I go on to the app it says I need to update the catalog so I do and everything just goes away This is very disappointing

All the purchase history is lost. Crap update messed something. Used to work fine, now its useless.

I have to sing out/sign in every time I use the app to see wish list and my jewelry pages. Annoying...

I constantly have to re-login to see my wish list. After I exit the app. Pain in the butt.

App is not saving "wish list" or "my jewelry".

Does not store "my wish list" or "my jewelry" entries properly. Next day all my entries were gone. Huge waste of time.

Cant search, no specific category breakdown its a terrible ui I expect more from you Pandora

My lists for wish and purchased items keeps disappearing !!! Plus every time I open the app the catalog needs to be updated !!! What is going on ? I depend on these lists so I dont get the same Pandora Charm again as some of the places I shop at wont provide refunds !!! Please FIX THIS ISSUE NOW !!! If I could give minus stars I would !!! Up until about a month or so ago the app was working well !

My wish list and purchased list keeps appearing with nothing even though I added some items. Please resolve the issue!! And it will be great if the charms section could divided as the printed catalogue.

This app doesnt save the lists that I t encourages you to create within the app, plus it is CONSTANTLY saying that the catalog has updated when they have added NOTHING NEW

I love looking at this app. I recently received my first bracelet. Every time I leave the page and return it says catalog has been updated and then everything on my wish list and my jewelry list disappear. I also tried logging out thinking that was there is another problem. When I logged out thinking it might save my stuff if I did. It didnt work because when you want to return you get locked out because it asks for a password that is not requested when setting up your account. Very annoying. I spend a bunch. Please fix the app.....
