The search function does not have enough options. It makes it really hard to find the charms I have and some just plain arent listed. I love that there is an app like this but am seriously disappointed with its functionality.

This app is great for viewing the catalogue, as well as creating and maintaining a wish list and a list of your current Pandora Collection. Would benefit greatly from a simple search function such as "butterfly" or "Christmas". Would be so nice if this App had that capability.

Cant log into my account... Why??

I just updated the catalogue and now my wish list and my jewelry is gone! even if I re-add something to that list it still wont work. also, I think there should be a search bar. if you know exactly what youre looking for then you shouldnt have to narrow your search through categories because that makes it incredibly difficult to find a specific item.

Every time it updates, it erases my jewelry and wish lists. Please update

Clearly no ones comments are being heard as this app does not work. None of the My Wishlist or My Jewelry gets saved so all the time spent searching and choosing is wasted. Doesnt even deserve a star... Please fix or just shut the App down

It wont even let me select my country from the beginning menu.

The Pandora Club functions dont save. Really discourages me from buying this stuff. We pay so much, and you cant even make a working app to track our wish list and owned jewelry. Very disappointed!

The app is ok. It would be so much better if you can search by name or catalog number. Very frustrating having to search through each pic to find the charm you want.

This app is great though i wish it had a search button that uses key words instead of scrolling through the entire silver section looking for a specific charm.

Like many others have said, the app is consistently losing my wish list and my jewelry. Whats the point of the app if its main function doesnt work? Super disappointed.

This app has not been worked on since its first appearance... Every time they update the catalogue, I lose whatever data I have in "my wish list" and "my jewelry"... Why??? It would also be great for if our wish list and jewelry was visible on computers in store everywhere. That way, people who want to buy gifts would know what we already have and what we would like... Too basic an app and sort of useless...

Anything u put in the wish list or in my jewelry gets deleted so I have to keep re adding it, please fix it!!!

The whole point of my wanting this app was to be able to search by product number, and to keep a consistent and accurate record of what charms I have, and which ones are on my wish list. I can’t do either of those. Can’t search by product number, it doesn’t include any of the park exclusive Disney charms (which comprise half of my collection and wish list), and, every time it upgrades, I lose all, or a significant part of, my current inventory and wish list. Pretty basic stuff to have not working. This badly needs to be re-done. Completely re-done.

Makes me update every time I use the app, yet it still says Autumn 2015. All of my data for the app disappeared. There needs to be a way to see all of the items in order by price too.

The app keeps showing me the Autumn 2015 collection. It updates every time I open it but does not show the new items.

I would like a search bar where we can search charms by name. And a way to search by collection. Also itd be nice to be able to organize the charms by newest to oldest.

Every time I keep adding stuff to my wishlist it only stays there while Im on the app & when I go back into it the next day its all gone PLEASE fix that part its really annoying looking for the stuff you want all the time especially with how the search is it doesnt even have like a proper search bar to type in exactly what you want

The app keeps deleting my wish lid every time I go onto it.

I used to love this app but for the longest time it makes you update every time you open it and it doesnt log you out but it makes you log out then back in for your stuff to be visible. I told them on facebook a long time ago but clearly they dont care about their app anymore :(
